Stephanie Harris graduated from Western Washington University in 2000 with a degree in accounting. Stephanie serves as the Pacific Coast Area Manager. She joined the IRS in 2002 as an Employee Plans Revenue Agent and began serving as a frontline manager of the EP group in Portland in 2011. Stephanie is currently the Pacific Coast Area Manager. Stephanie is the champion for the redesign and rollout of the On-the-Job Training program while leading numerous projects to better serve taxpayers, the tax system, and EP employee workforce. She is also an active coach and mentor.
