Bill Bradshaw is the Director of Inclusion and Diversity at Withum. He leads the firm's Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) initiatives and oversees its strategy and objectives, including attracting and advancing diverse leaders, foresting an inclusive, accessible and authentic workplace, and collaborating with leadership to provide broad perspectives and innovative client solutions. Bill also works closely with the firm's Team Member Resource Groups (TMRGs) to ensure they serve as incubators for mentorship, sponsorship, team member development and strengthen the firm's culture and experience of belonging.

Bill began his career at a Big Four firm in audit and tax functions before finding his niche in Inclusion and Diversity programs. He has worked across multiple dimensions of diversity, collaborating with leaders at all levels, and has worked on many large-scale projects. He is a sought-after thought leader in the I&D space and was named to the 2019 and 2023 NJ Out 100 Power List for his work in leading LGBTQ workplace inclusion.

Bill sits on the Board of Garden State Equality (GSE), New Jersey's largest LGBTQ organization, and The Center, a non-profit HIV/AIDS service organization at the Jersey Shore. Bill has a strong passion for social justice and recently taught Lead for Diversity, a week-long journey by the American Conference on Diversity to high school students throughout the tri-state area.

A thought leader in the space of I&D, Bill has been published in several state-society publications including MassCPAs, NJCPA and WSCPA. Additionally, Bill was a guest on NJCPA's IssuesWacth Podcast.
