In his role at the FASB, Jeff provides organization-wide technical and strategic advice on standard-setting activities affecting the not-for-profit (NFP) sector, guides and facilitates stakeholder outreach with the sector, chairs the FASB’s NFP Advisory Committee, and participates in some of the FASB’s broader educational activities. He has previously served as a project manager and an assistant director at the FASB. Prior to joining the FASB staff in 2006, Jeff spent a combined twenty years working in and with the NFP sector, as the Chief Financial Officer of Planned Parenthood Federation of America and prior to that as a senior audit manager with KPMG. Beyond his work at the FASB, Jeff also serves as a member of the Technical Advisory Group of the International Financial Reporting for Nonprofit Organizations (#IFR4NPO) initiative and an adjunct instructor in Columbia University’s M.S. degree program in Nonprofit Management.
