Bob Scott, CPA began his career in public accounting serving a variety of state and local government audit clients.  He currently serves as Deputy Town Manager/Chief Financial Officer for the Town of Prosper, Texas, a rapidly growing Dallas suburb of approximately 45,000.  He served as a GASB practice fellow while in public accounting and after leaving public accounting for municipal management continued his professional involvement as Chair of GFOA's CAAFR committee and as a member of the AICPA's SLG Expert Panel. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Texas Municipal Retirement System.
