Sheeya Gem is Senior Engineering Manager at ShareFile, where she leads and manages engineering efforts around the accounting, finance, and legal domains. She focuses on setting the strategic direction, creating roadmaps, and overseeing execution, as well as on working with sales leaders to ensure ShareFile solutions align with market needs. She earned a master's in computer science from Wright State University and is an Agile Certified Practitioner. She enjoys traveling and hiking and hopes to hike the Appalachian Trail.
