Elliott Johnson currently serves at the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) as a Senior Advisor for Office of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He has worked to improve the lives of vulnerable Americans through a long career of designing, funding, developing, and managing low- and moderate-income housing and community revitalization projects. He has done so as an executive in government positions at the federal, state, and local levels, as well as the private sector. An Architect and Certified Fraud Examiner, he has built a distinguished 30-plus year career on the belief that all citizens deserve to live in decent and safe homes, and that public investments supporting that goal can be managed with high levels of creativity, transparency, and integrity.

Mr. Johnson is a graduate of Howard University’s School of Architecture and Urban Planning.
