Tim Kelley is a Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager for the North Florida market in Commercial Banking/Dealer Financial Services at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. In this capacity, his responsibilities include leading a team of specialists focused on understanding each client's unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions. Tim's mission is to help Automotive Dealership companies thrive by achieving their business goals, no matter how simple or how complex.

Bringing 36 years of experience, Tim joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 1988 after starting his career with NCNB now Bank of America. He joined the North Florida team after having worked in the Atlanta, GA and Greensboro, NC markets as a DFS Commercial Relationship Manager and Team Leader, respectively. Throughout his banking career, Tim has served Automotive Dealership companies in multiple markets ranging from single point dealerships to some of the largest privately held dealership groups in the United States.

To help create a more sustainable future for the companies and communities he serves, Tim volunteers with several not-for-profit organizations focused on Veteran's affairs and homelessness. He also serves as a mentor for teammates across Bank of America Merrill Lynch and is a member of the Bank's Military Support Affinity Group.

Originally from Beaufort, SC, Tim graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from The Citadel. Additionally, Tim is a veteran and served in the United States Army Reserve for 30 years and retired as a Colonel. During his career he was mobilized for Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom. In 2015, Tim was recognized as a "Veteran of Influence" by the Jacksonville Business Journal. He resides in Saint Johns, FL with his wife, Mary, and their four children.
