Alex is currently the CFO for the Gurley Leep Automotive Family, a position he has held since August of 2023.  They have 22 stores in the Midwest.  Alex has been in the Auto Retail industry for 23 years in a variety of roles - starting with AutoNation in 2001 and then spending time with Ascent Automotive, Prime Automotive and the Herb Chambers Companies.

Prior to Auto Retail, Alex was with the Kellogg Company and Arthur Andersen.  He grew up in Michigan and graduated from Michigan State University.  He is married with two children in their 20s.
