Nicole is a partner in the Forensic and Valuation Services (“FVS”) Department of WithumSmith+Brown in the firm's Princeton, NJ office and the market leader of the Business Disputes & Economic Damages pillar of FVS. She is a licensed certified public accountant in the states of New Jersey and New York, certified in financial forensics, and a certified valuation analyst. With expertise in business valuation and forensic accounting, Nicole specializes in shareholder/partner disputes, damage assessment engagements, matrimonial litigation, and corporate investigations. A graduate from Villanova University with a BS degree in accounting and a minor in Spanish, Nicole is a recognized expert throughout the State of New Jersey in the commercial litigation and matrimonial litigation arenas. As an active member of her community and profession, Nicole is also a member of the AICPA FVS Executive Committee, and member of Alzheimer’s New Jersey Walk Committee. She resides in Monmouth County, NJ.
