Todd is the founder and managing member of Legacy Fiduciary Services, LLC. Todd provides Trustee services to clients in a wide range of industries. Todd started in the ESOP space with Emerson Rickstrew CPA in 2019 as an associate assisting with ESOP transactions and annual trustee administration. Todd has assisted in approximately 30 transactions from the buy or sell side of an ESOP transaction. Todd's focus has been on participant education regarding the great benefit of ESOPs. Previously Todd was a lead auditor for ERISA plans in which compliance audits for ESOPs occurred. Todd's knowledge regarding participant compliance prepared him for the interactions with participants and management during the post transaction education cycle. Todd Is a member of the AICPA, TXCPA, Texas State Board of Public Accountancy and a professional member of The ESOP Association and the NCEO.
