Paul Benjamin was appointed as CFO of Microsoft Central Europe, Middle East & Africa

(CEMA) in February 2023. He is accountable for leading the Microsoft CEMA Finance team

and partnering with the business teams to deliver against the strategic priorities of the

company.

Prior to this he held multiple senior finance roles in Microsoft including MEA CFO, UK CFO,

Regional finance Director for Western Europe and the Netherlands CFO. Before joining

Microsoft Paul worked primarily in FMCG holding commercial finance roles at Premier Foods

and Coca-Cola.

Paul has a business degree from UWE - Bristol and is a member of the Chartered Institute of

Management Accountants. Paul is married with two children.
