Jason Woon is a Partner in Armanino's Valuation and Financial Modeling practice. He has more than 15 years of diverse experience as a Big 4 consultant and Fortune 500 public company operator. Jason has broad experience working with clients in various industries, including venture capital, technology, crypto, telecom, financial services/banking, real estate, fintech, retail, manufacturing, and consumer goods. His experience includes financial modeling, mergers and acquisitions, and valuation of business enterprises, intangible assets, fixed income instruments, and complex securities.

Prior to joining Armanino as a lateral Partner, Jason was a Director and Head of Ventures Valuation at Coinbase, Director and US and APAC Head of Portfolio Valuation, Monitoring, Analytics, Diligence, and CFO Advisory at SoftBank Investment Advisers (manager of the Vision Fund) and Managing Director at KPMG LLP. Jason is also a former auditor.
