Ágnes Király-Papp
Ágnes Király-Papp is Learning lead, Future skills & learning at bp, and works in a global team of
learning and development professionals whose purpose is to provide learning offers that result
in the creation and protection of financial value for bp, meeting current and future skills needs.
Her role covers skills development for the finance organisation, specifically focusing on
planning and performance management, investment management, addressing four key skills
areas: leadership, future skills, technical and compliance/conformance, going beyond
traditional training solutions to enhance a world class, dynamic and innovative learning culture.
At bp, learning and development is unlocking the skills of our people to deliver our strategy,
secure our future and provide options and opportunities for career growth. Importantly it gives
us ownership to build and adapt to navigate a pathway to deep skill, upskill and reskill.
Ágnes is based in Budapest, Hungary and has been with bp for 8 years. She has a bachelor’s
degree in economics, and is also a certified business coach.
Outside of work she is passionate about coaching, self-development and all forms of learning.
In her spare time, she loves doing sports and enjoying music, and prefers to spend time with
family and friends.
