Jay has over 25 years of experience advising REITs, real estate debt and equity and opportunity zone funds and their sponsors and investors in all tax-related aspects of their structuring, formation, operation and transactions. Prior to joining Crowe, Jay was a Tax Partner at an international law firm and a Managing Director at The Blackstone Group.
