Matt is an experienced Chief Financial Officer at First Financial of Maryland Federal Credit Union, where he manages financial operations and contributes to strategic planning. With over 20 years of executive experience, Matt reports to the Board of Directors and is actively engaged with various industry organizations. He brings a blend of professionalism and humor to both work and personal relationships.

As an advocate for autism awareness, Matt has been deeply involved with Pathfinders for Autism, where he helped other families navigate the challenges associated with Autism Spectrum Disorder. His commitment extended beyond his professional life; he is a proud father of two young boys, one of whom is on the autism spectrum.

Before joining First Financial, Matt was the Managing Principal of the East Coast Financial Institution Practice at CliftonLarsonAllen LLP. There, he provided external audit, internal audit, and consulting services to credit unions and community banks across the East Coast.

Matt holds a CPA designation and has amassed over 19 years of experience in audit and consulting within the financial services sector.
