Caleb joined Performance Trust in 2015 and currently serves as a Director in Balance Sheet Strategies. He works with institutions across the country to apply Shape Management® across the entire balance sheet, incorporating capital considerations, liability analysis, and loan analytics with other bond portfolio strategies. His primary focus has been a focus on a holistic balance sheet strategy and was a member of the YPI (Your Path to Independence) team responsible for delivering customized education and advice for the C-suite.  Caleb graduated from Wheaton College with a bachelor's degree in mathematics and a minor in computer science and most recently finished his MBA at the Kelley School of Business with Indiana University.
