
Amy Doll
Amy Doll is a results driven financial services professional with nearly thirty years of experience; twenty-three of which serving credit unions. Her expertise lies in accounting and financial operations, general ledger management, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and banking profitability that is supported by a solid understanding of accounting and finance principles and processes. As a senior leader in financial services, she has led capital and strategic planning, financial, regulatory and board reporting, the design and execution of efficient processes, ensured appropriate cash management, influenced product pricing decisions and outcomes, solidified institutional compliance with regulatory requirements and strengthened organizations' risk management profile.
Amy has served CommunityAmerica Credit Union ($5.5B state chartered) for the past eight years, most recently as the SVP of Finance and Accounting Services. She began her career as an auditor with Deloitte and held various leadership positions in banks and credit unions prior to joining CommunityAmerica. Amy has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Missouri State University and is a licensed CPA in the state of Missouri. She also holds FINRA licenses Series 7, General Securities Representative, and Series 27, Financial and Operations Principal.
She is active in the Kansas City community as a Board member for Hope House, a local domestic violence shelter and is a member of the Missouri Society of CPAs. She also serves on the AICPA Conference on Credit Unions steering committee.
