Karolyn is a Managing Director in the Employee Benefit Plan audit practice and has over 20 years of experience in public accounting. She specializes in the audit of employee benefit plans and has extensive experience serving a variety of plan types (including pooled employer plans, defined contribution, ESOP, defined benefit, and health and welfare plans) for sponsors of all sizes.

Karolyn is the Southeast regional leader of the Grant Thornton LLP Center for Excellence for employee benefit plans, and she is actively involved with national office initiatives in the area of employee benefit plans, including the development and teaching of in-house training programs.
