LuCinda Comegys currently serves as Director, Accounts Management, Taxpayer Services. In this position LuCinda provides executive oversight to an organization of more than 25,000 employees who provide America's taxpayers with tax law and account-related assistance via telephone, correspondence, and the web, from 11 campuses and 14 remote call sites and headquarters locations nationwide.

Prior to this position, LuCinda served as Director, Media and Publications, in the former W&I Division, where she led development, design, publication, and distribution of approximately 1,100 tax and 15,000 non-tax products, as well as print and mail of approximately 250 million taxpayer notices and letters annually. She also previously served as Field Director, Accounts Management, Philadelphia.

LuCinda holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and a Master of Business Administration degree in Organizational Leadership from Wilmington University. She is a graduate of the winter 2017 IRS Candidate Development Program.
