In addition to serving clients in these specialty areas, Geralyn has developed and patented a number of tax technologies. In June 2022, Geralyn left public accounting to become President & Co-Founder of K1x, Inc. - an independent SaaS software company focusing on AI-powered solutions for tax exempt and pass-through entities.
