
Nathan Duke
Nathan is a Senior Manager supporting Forvis Mazars' Forensics and Valuation practice in the areas of valuations, litigation support, and forensic engagements.
Nathan is a certified public accountant licensed in Virginia, as well as holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, having previously performed assurance and attestation services for both publicly and privately-owned clients at RSM US, LLP. In prior roles, he performed services including financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, fraud risk assessment, and internal control evaluation for clients in various industries, with primary focus on government contracting, technology, and hospitality.
At Forvis Mazars, Nathan provides forensic and valuation services to clients in industries including, but not limited to, real estate, construction, government contracting, and manufacturing and distribution services. He has significant experience performing business valuations to assist clients execute shareholder buyouts, gift and estate tax compliance, and transaction planning. In addition, he focuses on providing litigation support and consulting services in the areas of valuation and economic damages in family law matters, shareholder disputes, and commercial litigation. He has also been involved in forensics projects relating to asset misappropriation, fraud investigations, matters involving claims of breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty.
