Scott Wilgenbusch is the National SEC Services leader for RSM US. In this role he works with clients and teams on a variety of SEC related matters including providing technical support and SEC compliance reviews throughout the registration process. In addition to client facing responsibilities, Scott participates in a variety of SEC practice wide activities including client acceptance, risk management and quality related matters in addition to active involvement in a variety of national industry committees. Prior to his current role, he served numerous large, complex family owned and private equity backed companies as well as publicly held companies in a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution and renewable energy.

Scott is a current board member of Family Focus in Chicago as well as the Iowa State University Accounting Advisory Board.
