Greg is a Director in the Tax Controversy & Dispute Resolution group in KPMG’s Washington National Tax practice where he advises clients on IRS examination and collection matters, with a focus on the BBA centralized partnership audit procedures. Greg also advises clients on compliance and reporting issues, late election relief, and other tax procedure and administration matters. Prior to joining KPMG, Greg was a Senior Technician Reviewer with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel in Washington, DC where he helped manage Counsel’s implementation of the BBA regime and related guidance projects. Greg is a contributing editor to the leading treatise on IRS procedural matters — Saltzman and Book, IRS Practice and Procedure.
