Deborah Palacheck currently serves as Director, Cross-Borders Activities, in the Large Business & International Division of the Internal Revenue Service. In this role, Deborah oversees the provision of tax administration, services, and enforcement associated with international issues impacting business taxpayers.

In her previous role, Deborah served as Director, Withholding, Exchange and International Individual Compliance, where she oversaw the international individual compliance, foreign payments, and exchange and offshore strategy programs. Before joining the IRS, Deborah worked on tax controversy matters at a law firm in Washington, DC. Deborah received an LLM in Taxation from New York University, a J.D. from Yale Law School, and a B.S. and B.A. from the University of Florida.
