Emma’s journey to becoming a partner and COO of a vibrant accounting firm is as unique as it is inspiring. Having immigrated to the states from El Salvador as a small child, she learned English in school while navigating the challenges of a new country. 

Her path to becoming COO was anything but traditional, with each step along the way contributing to her unique perspective. These varied experiences have equipped her with the skills and insights to lead a firm with a fresh and inclusive approach. Drawing from her personal experiences with bipolar disorder and her family’s neurodivergent journeys, Emma brings empathy and openness to her leadership.  With a knack for innovation and a down-to-earth approach, she's on a mission to show how diverse talents can transform the accounting world. Her commitment to personal growth and understanding allows her to create a space where others feel comfortable sharing and connecting.
