Jeremy Dubow

Jeremy Dubow is Prosperity Partners’ Chief Executive Officer, responsible for managing the company and leading its strategic direction, growth initiatives, and talent development. He began his career at Arthur Andersen before co-founding Prosperity in 2003. As a tax expert, Jeremy provides sophisticated tax planning and consulting services to technology entrepreneurs and their enterprises, high net worth individuals, and family offices. He also co-leads Prosperity’s mergers and acquisitions practice, advising business owners throughout the sales process. Jeremy routinely speaks on behalf of the Illinois CPA Society and the AICPA on a variety of tax technical topics and is actively involved in the IL CPA Society’s tax committees. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, cycling, playing pickleball, and is known as Prosperity’s premier table tennis player.

His areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, ultra-high net worth tax planning, equity compensation, partnership taxation, estate planning, and state and local taxation. Jeremy is a recipient of the Illinois CPA Society Distinguished Service Award and the Arthur M. Seltzer Accounting Award from Washington University in St. Louis, where he was recognized as the outstanding senior in accounting. His civic involvement includes serving as Chair of the Illinois CPA Society’s Taxation Flow-Through Entities Committee and Tax Executive Committee, Chair of the Washington University W Club Executive Committee of Chicago, and Treasurer of the Chicago Area Runner’s Association. He holds a Master of Science in Tax Law with honors from The John Marshall Law School (2010) and a BSBA, summa cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis (1998), where he was the class valedictorian of the John M. Olin School of Business and a five-time GTE Academic All-American in cross country and track & field.
