Currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management and Insurance at Estee Lauder Companies, LaToya has built a career defined by curiosity, adaptability, and resiliency, as well as a passion for challenging the status quo and driving meaningful change.

As the first in her family to graduate from university and enter the corporate world, LaToya’s journey is a testament to perseverance and personal growth. Overcoming self-doubt, navigating uncertainties in career advancement, and learning to thrive as a natural introvert, she charted an extraordinary career path that took her from Financial Analyst to Vice President. Her professional experience spans South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia, where she gained invaluable insights while working with globally recognized organizations such as Abbott Laboratories, Altria, Kraft Foods, Diageo, Walmart, and Estee Lauder Companies.

LaToya holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from DePaul University in Chicago and is both a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner.
