He currently serves in a pivotal role at Vital Records Control (VRC), where he is instrumental in the company’s M&A strategies as part of a small team.

James’s commitment to his field is underscored by his attainment of the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) certification, further enhancing his expertise in M&A. At VRC, he has been a key player in over 45 acquisitions, successfully investing over $320 million. He collaborates closely with the Board of Directors and C-suite executives as an agent of change, driving strategic initiatives that propel the company forward.

To boost VRC’s operational capabilities, James leverages cutting-edge technologies like Power BI and automation. He has led the creation of sophisticated data models, transforming VRC’s reporting processes.
