Lynn Mucenski-Keck

Lynn Mucenski-Keck has over 20 years of experience in the accounting industry specializing in domestic federal tax planning for businesses, pursuing optimization to maximize cash impact.

She currently leads Withum’s clean energy credit initiatives, which have significantly changed since the passing of the Inflation Reduction Act in August 2022. These initiatives include monitoring and commenting on proposed regulations and helping clients understand the direct pay election or transfer of designated federal energy income tax credits. Lynn serves on the AICPA's Environmental Social Governance (ESG) committee, which includes overseeing clean energy federal income tax credits. She also serves on the AICPA S Corporation tax technical committee.

Lynn is also the Federal Tax Policy leader at Withum, monitoring federal income tax reform, including potential adjustments to the Inflation Reduction Act under the Trump administration, Section 174 Research & Experimental Expenditures, and 199A (QBI) deductions.  Lynn has testified in front of Congress, advocating for family and privately owned businesses.

Lynn is a licensed CPA in the state of New York and a member of the American Insititute of Certified Public Accountants.  Lynn started her career with Ernst & Young in Brussels, Belgium and was also an associate professor at St. John Fisher University.
