Victoria Thayer, CPA, is the founder and CEO of Novii CPA, a subscription-based, client-centric accounting firm specializing in providing innovative solutions for businesses in the manufacturing, life sciences, and biotechnology industries. In just seven months, she has grown Novii CPA from scratch to six figures in recurring revenue, acquired dozens of clients, and built a dedicated team of six professionals. Her branding has been a key factor in her success, and her firm was named Madison's favorite accounting firm—earning second place with only one year in operation.

With a decade of experience in the accounting industry, Victoria has been recognized for her exceptional contributions, winning the 2023 WICPA Young Professional Award, the 2024 Top 50 Women in Accounting by Ignition, and the 2024 AICPA Outstanding Young CPA Award.

Victoria holds a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Rochester and a master's degree in accounting from Edgewood Colllege. She is also active in the AICPA as part of the EPIC Committee, following her attendance at the 2023 AICPA Leadership Academy.
