Sarah Snell is a Partner and the Chief Operating Officer with Holman Frenia Allison, P.C. (HFA), a regional certified public accounting firm of over 85 professionals serving the New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania markets. With a strong foundation in public accounting, Sarah transitioned to CPA firm management at HFA in 2012, where she now plays a pivotal role in overseeing the firm’s daily operations across administration, human resources, finance, technology, facilities, and marketing. As a dynamic leader, she ensures that each department runs seamlessly, driving efficiency and growth. In addition to her operational expertise, she heads HFA’s Commercial Client Accounting & Advisory Services department. Through this role, she blends accounting services with strategic advisory, empowering clients to make informed, impactful business decisions. 

Sarah is the current Director of Membership Growth for CPAFMA - CPA Firm Management Association and Past President of the New Jersey Chapter. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA). For the NJCPA, she has served on the Emerging Leaders Council and the Student Programs & Scholarships Committee and she is also a member of the Business & Industry Professionals Interest Group.
