As the Chief Transformation Officer for Cherry Bekaert, Tara leads the strategy, execution and change management of transformation within the Firm with regards to process improvement, global resources, automation, technology and AI.  A member of the Firm's Executive Leadership team, Tara collaborates with the Firm's service lines and IT department to improve service delivery processes through the implementation of technology, centralized functions and standardized tools.   She is also responsible for the operations and growth of Cherry Bekaert’s Global Support Services (GSS) Teams based in Chennai and Hyderabad, India.  

With over 25 years of experience, Tara has provided audit and accounting assistance to clients of all sizes in a variety of industries, with an emphasis on internal controls, fraud prevention and compliance.  Tara is a licensed CPA in North Carolina and Virginia.  She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington and is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
