As the COO at Abdo, Jana Cinnamon uses a people first leadership style that has strengthened firm culture. Since joining the firm in 2012, Jana implemented many initiatives to support firm growth, improve the bottom line, as well as improve employee engagement from 35% to 60%. She has a Master's in HR, was recently recognized as one of the Top 50 Women in Accounting by Practice Ignition, and currently serves as Past Chair on the Board of Directors for the CPA Firm Management Association.
