As the Director of Administration at Maner Costerisan, Kris oversees the day-to-day internal operations. Specifically, she manages and directs the firm's financial, human resources and administrative functions. An integral part of the Maner leadership team, Kris also manages or assists with many of the firms strategic initiatives. A graduate of the University of Michigan, Kris has over 25 years of professional experience in the public accounting industry, spending time both at Maner and at a national accounting firm as a practicing CPA.  Kris is currently serving as the Chair of the national board of the CPA Firm Management Association. Through this involvement, Kris collaborates and networks with national leaders of the CPA profession in order to identify areas of similarity, sharing best practices, supporting and encouraging each other to learn and grow in their development. In addition, she has access to expert thinking, education, guidance and resources in CPA firm strategic planning, operations, finance, technology and human resources that she brings back as a leader at Maner Costerisan.
