
Hector Perez
Hector V. Perez is the CEO and Founder of Quantum FBI, LLC, a strategic finance and business intelligence advisory firm focused on driving change through improved processes, technology and analytics. Hector is senior executive and business leader with 25 years of global experience across industries. During this time Hector has helped public, private and non-profit entities improve their operating performance by bringing strategic and operational insights to their organizations.
Prior to launching Quantum FBI, Hector was Sr. Director and Head of Group Financial Planning and Analysis at Nuveen, formerly TIAA Asset Management, a leading asset manager with $1.2 trillion in assets under management. Prior to Nuveen, Hector was a Client Service Partner at Tatum, a consulting firm focused on accounting, finance, and technology advisory services for the private equity industry. Hector began his career with over 15 years at PwC with roles in Assurance, Transaction Services, and the Office of the CFO. He is a CPA in the State of New York.
Hector is an active member of the EY Entrepreneur Access Network and a mentor at Techstars NYC. He is a member of the Corporate Advisory Board of ALPFA (Association of Latino Professionals for America) and the CFO Leadership Council. Hector has held various community leadership roles including National President and Chair of the Board of ALPFA, Executive Committee Member and Treasurer of ACG New York (Association for Corporate Growth), Board Member at Schools That Can, and Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee for the Health Care Chaplaincy.
