TRACEY WALKER IS THE CHIEF EXPERIENCE OFFICER AT ALVAREZ & MARSAL (A&M), the $4B GLOBAL BUSINESS ADVISORY FIRM. She plays a pivotal leadership role shaping people-empowered success. Her distinguished career has focused on global culture, performance and strategic management, fostering inclusive culture for federal state and local government, higher education, associations and enterprises globally. Tracey's innovative methods, leadership and impact are nationally recognized and include board service to business organizations including the AGA where she chaired Councils, served as a SME and won the AGA President's Award for her service. She serves the AICPA and its National Commission and conference annually, as well as the CAQ Bold Ambition Task Force, NABA advisory board, ALPFA, Ascend, public and private sector clients and several business schools and institutes. 

NAMED TO THE NATION'S TOP 25 WOMEN IN CONSULTING IN 2024, TRACEY holds certifications from Cornell University ILR and Harvard Business School where she completed her graduate work with honors and is certified in Management and Organizational Behavior. Her expertise lies in organizational behavior, people-centric processes, and driving business outcomes. Her work is re-writing the rules for corporate engagement and welcomes a new era of possibility.

FEDERAL FINANCE FOUNDATION - Previously, spanning 20 years in public accounting, Tracey served as a pioneering C-Suite people professional with a foundation in federal finance and policy. As a Federal Financial Services Sector Leader, Tracey led specialized financial advisory teams, addressing needs for federal agency clients in areas such as lending, compliance, financial management, reporting, risk, and technology. She is a registered corporate representative before state legislatures, federal agencies, and Congressional lawmaking officials. 

Tracey's career began as a corporate representative before the Illinois and New York State legislatures, focusing on Intellectual Property, Franchise Law, and Education matters.
