Charles Kim is the Head of Business and Operational Risk at Voya Investment Management. Prior to joining Voya, Charles has worked for commercial and non-profit organizations as a technology consultant, specializing in Microsoft enterprise technologies and internet strategy. At Voya, he has held positions including the Head of the Technology Management Office, Head of Information Risk, Head of Data Governance, and Head of Data Operations. He maintains a number of professional designations (CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, CCSP), is a Certified Fraud Examiner, and is a CFA® Charterholder. Charles earned a BA in biology from The Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
