Elina Simon is the National Manager of Strategic Accounts at Paychex. She has spent the majority of her 11-year career forming relationships inside and outside of Paychex; from payroll to HR services – but her true passion lies in all things pre-tax.
Before joining the Paychex, Elina flourished in a 15-year career and left the industry at the top of her game as RVP of Global Retail. Her ability to navigate the seismic shifts and ever-changing landscape in retail is what sets her apart today in our industry with the ever-changing landscape in the retirement and pre-tax world.
Elina has traveled the country speaking to thousands of businesses, CPA’s, Financial and wealth management firms and industry events about the importance of compliance, active employee development/engagement, retiring with dignity and the value the Paychex suite of services can provide.
