LaToya accumulated over 20 years of expertise in global audit, internal controls, risk management,

compliance, and corporate investigations, working with leading organizations such as Abbott Laboratories,

Altria, Kraft Foods, Diageo, and Walmart.

Some of her most notable achievements include:

• Leading the development and implementation of robust control environments across developing

markets, newly acquired businesses, and newly formed joint ventures.

• Redesigning an ineffective control framework within established businesses by building a strong

governance structure and implementing sustainable, practical, and fit-for-purpose controls.

• Proactively identifying and addressing significant fraud risks, including leading complex

investigations that uncovered serious financial misconduct

• Collaborating with cross-functional, country, regional, and global leaders to foster a more ethical

corporate culture and drive meaningful cultural change.

LaToya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from DePaul University in Chicago and is a Certified Public

Accountant as well as a Certified Fraud Examiner. With a love for international travel, she has explored over
