Jerry is a seasoned leader in global diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) bringing over 18 years of dedicated expertise. With combined management consulting and industry experience, he excels in DEI strategy through execution, organizational change management, communications, learning and development, accounting, finance, and data analysis. His flexible approach has delivered impactful solutions across complex business environments spanning various industries, including technology, CPG, M&E, commercial real estate, energy, managed services, transportation, health care, and banking, among others.

He is currently the Director of DEI at Roku, the No. 1 streaming platform in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico by hours streamed. Prior to this role, Jerry was the first Head of Global Diversity, Inclusion, & Belonging (DI&B) at The Kraft Heinz Company. He shaped the multi-year DI&B strategy to achieve the company's representation and inclusion aspirations for over 38,000 employees in a complex, global, and matrixed environment. Jerry was also the first Global Director of DEI at Hines, a privately held commercial real estate company with 4,000+ employees in 20+ countries.
