James is a member of the Risk & Accounting Solutions team in the Americas, specializing in commercial and consumer credit analytics. His focus is on providing solutions related to risk ratings, impairment, stress testing and portfolio management in the credit space. He was a senior economist and director in the consumer credit analytics group in his previous role, where he served as technical lead on custom modelling engagements related to stress testing and regulatory submissions for financial institutions and government agencies. James earned a PhD in Economics for the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from McMaster University.
