Marek is a Partner at PwC Poland and a manager with over 19 years of experience. He has a background in advising both Polish and international organizations (including those in the financial, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, energy, manufacturing, and retail sectors), as well as many years in managerial roles within international banking groups.

Marek specializes in technology risk management and the transformation of technology, cybersecurity, and data domains. He works with clients to solve complex business and technology challenges and supports the strengthening of enterprise digital resilience—from defining direction and strategy to implementing IT, Cyber, and Data solutions.

He leads the PwC Digital Resilience Center, where he oversees projects related to technology and data resilience (e.g., technology resilience in public cloud and hybrid environments, data resilience and security, technology risk management and regulatory compliance, implementation of cybersecurity solutions within large innovation and transformation projects). He is also the leader of competencies in modern and responsible Data and AI management (e.g., Data Mesh, modern data platformization, Responsible AI, AI Governance).
