Karolyn is a Principal in the Employee Benefit Plan audit practice and has over 20 years of experience in public accounting. She specializes in the audit of employee benefit plans and has extensive experience serving a variety of plan types (including pooled employer plans, defined contribution, ESOP, defined benefit, and health and welfare plans) for sponsors of all sizes.

Karolyn is a contributor to the BDO ERISA Center of Excellence for employee benefit plans, and she is actively involved with national office initiatives in the area of employee benefit plans, including the development and teaching of in-house and external training programs.
