Ingrid Boyd is a principal with over 25 years of experience in public and industry accounting services. She specializes in employee benefit plan audits and brings a strong background in technical accounting, SEC compliance, and global financial oversight.

Her career spans global accounting firms and a large multinational corporation, where she led a global total rewards accounting team and served on the global HR leadership team for compensation and benefits. In that role, she oversaw daily operations, plan compliance, and vendor relationships.

Currently, Ingrid leads large teams in planning and executing benefit plan audits for clients across industries and plan types. Her blend of technical expertise, dedication to compliance and quality, and passion for mentoring staff makes her a valued advisor and a leader in the field.

Ingrid lives in the St. Louis area with her husband and children. Much of their time is spent supporting their kids' extracurricular activities. Outside of that, they enjoy the outdoors -- camping, visiting amusement parks, and traveling whenever possible.
