Michael Stoyanovich is a Vice President and Senior Consultant in Segal's Administration & Technology Consulting (ATC) practice, based in the San Francisco office. He brings over 30 years of experience in information technology and benefits administration.

Michael has deep expertise working with multi-employer plans and also advises public sector organizations and corporations. He helps clients assess and mitigate cybersecurity risks, apply AI in ethical and practical ways, and leverage technology to improve quality, service, and performance. He also leads initiatives to manage organizational change effectively.

Before joining Segal, Michael served as Chief Information Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Associated Third Party Administrators (ATPA), and previously as Chief Information Officer at BeneSys. His career also includes leadership, consulting, and operational roles across various organizations (such as public corporations and "start-ups"), including his own consulting firm.

Michael holds a BA from the University of Michigan and a Master of Public Administration from Michigan State University. He is a Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE), credentialed by ISACA
