As an assurance principal in the Public Sector, Scott is devoted exclusively to serving state and local governments.  Scott has over 25 years of experience with government financial statement and Single Audit engagements. Additionally, he has managed other engagements to include agreed-upon procedures, public debt offerings, and other attestation services, including audits of specific financial statement elements for pension and postemployment benefits other than pensions (OPEB) plans.
