With more than a decade of experience, Kati has been at the forefront of audit transformation, driving initiatives that modernize processes, integrate emerging technologies, and enhance client service delivery. As the firm’s A&A Innovation Leader, Kati partners with leadership to disrupt traditional audit approaches and implement forward-thinking strategies that improve efficiency and quality.

Kati also manages the firm's National Assurance Help Desk, translating complex accounting standards into actionable guidance and creating training programs that empower teams to adapt to change. Through her role as chair of the A&A technology & innovation sub-committee, Kati champions continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the organization.
