Jennifer Dymond, CPA is a nationally recognized advisor, coach, and speaker who helps accounting leaders transform how they think, communicate, and run their firms.

Over her 15+ year career spanning public accounting, virtual CFO advisory, crisis response, and leadership consulting, Jennifer has guided firms through the messy realities of change: capacity overwhelm, burnout, technology disruption, and shifting client expectations.

After discovering improvisational theater, Jennifer rewired her entire practice.

Improv taught her the mindset, confidence, and human skills necessary to move beyond compliance, step into advisory, and lead conversations where uncertainty becomes opportunity. That same approach has empowered thousands of accounting professionals to listen differently, collaborate more bravely, and navigate their firms through real disruption.

Today, Jennifer partners with CPA firms across the country to build cultures of belonging, implement smarter systems, and prepare teams for the future. She is the creator of 1099Problems.io, a live-updated tool that cuts through reporting confusion and saves firms countless hours each year.

Known for her playful and deeply relatable teaching style, Jennifer’s sessions are interactive experiences (not lectures) where attendees practice the people skills the profession has traditionally ignored: empathy, co-creation, psychological safety, storytelling, pattern recognition, and leading through the unknown.

When she’s not on stage, you’ll find her building communities, coaching accounting professionals one-on-one, or collecting real stories of how small firms survived unplanned absences—because resilience in this profession is human, not just operational.

Connect with her on LinkedIn and say hello at the conference—she’s the one sparking a-ha moments, quoting movies, and inviting strangers to become friends.
