Josh Fruscello is Vice President of Internal Audit at GTT Communications, where he leads global audit and controls functions. His career spans leadership roles at GTT, Gannett, and Ernst & Young, where he built high-performing teams, optimized SOX compliance, and implemented analytics-driven assurance programs.

Josh is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), with an MBA from the University of South Carolina and a BS in Accounting from Le Moyne College. He is passionate about advancing the audit profession, leveraging technology for continuous improvement, and fostering collaboration across organizations. Josh has served on the board of the Alzheimer’s Association (National Capital Area) and is active in community leadership.
