Wesley Hartman is the Founder of Automata Practice Development. Automata is a managed automation service provider who builds bots to alleviate pain points of the accountant. Prior to starting Automata, he was the Director of Technology at a 40-user public accounting firm for 15 years. Wesley's strengths include introducing technology into a firm's existing processes to make them more efficient and analyzing data patterns to streamline the movement of information in systems. Wesley earned his bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering focused on autonomous vehicles from California State University, Northridge. He is married and enjoys hosting a yearly Halloween haunted house for his local community, as well as training in Aikido.
